The Quail Las Vegas Mansion is a privately
gated estate just 2.6 miles from McCarran Airport and about 5 miles or 6 minutes
from the Strip. It is a privately gated mansion that boosts a gourmet
kitchen, wine cellar (with wine), endless outdoor entertaining space, lavish
furnishings and decorations, and luxurious amenities throughout. The property has 6 bedrooms, accommodates 12 people overnight, and
sits on just under an acre of land. There is parking for up to 8
vehicles within the gates (or a few cars and an RV). The Quail Las Vegas
Mansion has been the site for numerous weddings and is truly spectacular. Quail Mansion can also be
rented as a vacation home with no additional event fee for $1,750.00 per night
(minimum 3 nights rental). If you are having family or friends from out of
state coming to your wedding and looking for accommodation, Quail Las Vegas

so that someone can meet you at the property (from 3pm to 6pm. Late Check-In after 6pm, add $250.00 or
after midnight add $500.00).

only other fee that we would like to make you aware of is the security
deposit. The $3000 security deposit is required 7 days before check-in and
can be paid in one of three ways: cash, credit card, or check. The
security deposit is required to cover amenities or potential damages to the
property and is returned, as applicable, within 15 days of
check-out.
*No Smoking, Pets or Latex is allowed on the property, or there is
a
fine $3,000.00.
