*To Rent the Banquet Room only $1,700.00 (1-5 hours).  No additional fee for weekends rental (prices are subject to change).  This included stage, dance floor, round tables, banquet chairs, set up, break down, and cleaning.  All other accessories, flowers, décor, coordinators or hosts are additional.  You are welcome to bring in your license and insure catering, but no outside drinks are allowed in the facility.

Gratuities are not included. Reservation can be cancelled within 3 days or in 72 hours and receive a full refund. There is a cancellation fee 50% of total cost made 60 days before event or 75% charge made 40 days before event, and thereafter no refund will be issued. Reservations made within 45 days of event can be cancelled within 2 days (48 hours) of making reservation and receive full refund, thereafter no refund can be issued. A $1,000.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to secure date & time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

$3,500 for 300 Hors D’oeuvres Package for 75-100 People Include:
Use of Hall within 5 hours, Coordinator, 10 Floating Candle Centerpieces, Tables, Chairs, Lighting System, Stage, 2 Separated Dressing Sections, Set Up, Take Down, Cleaning,
and 200 non-alcoholic drinks (bottle water & soft drinks).
