WEDDING PLANNER FEES & SERVICES
1.
Full Services Wedding Planner
$2,000.00 or 10% overall budget $25,000.00 or more to be spent in your
wedding.
This fee does not apply to packages offered, due to some packages
have wedding coordinator included.
We plan and help set up your wedding budget, be your budget adviser & watcher,
locate and reserve ceremony & reception sites, contact minister, design your
wedding theme or color, help select & hire reputable suppliers & vendors such as
DJ, photographer, videographer,
florist, caterer, musicians, advise you on vendor contracts and handle any
negotiations, schedule your appointment to meet with vendors, advise you on
selection & wording of invitations as needed, help choose wedding favors to
match your wedding, coordinate your rehearsal with officiant or minister, greet
your guests both on rehearsal and wedding day, draw up timeline to keep everyone
on schedule, both pre-wedding and on the wedding day.We will stay coordinating your
rehearsal for 3 hours and stay from start to finish or up to 8 hours on your
wedding day.
A 50% non-refundable deposit from your budget or $2,000 is required within 3
days to set up a planner for your event.
The total balance must pay in full 45 days before event.
A complete Budget Planner with images
and details will be presented to you within 45-90 days (this depend on how quick
the bride and groom provide us their information and guest list details) after
your deposit.

Event Consultant and Vendor
Lists 300.00
We offer advices, design your special day event with theme
and colors, help set up appointments between you and suppliers/vendors or get
our vendor lists.
This service provide up to 4 hours event consulting.
If 10 minutes past the hour, this will incur the next hour rate $45.00 per hour.
Example 4 hours 10 minutes will be charged for 5 hours.
